The Polar Lights kit, the JT Graphics decals and the Evergreen styrine sheets I'm starting with.

I measured out and cut the top side of the secondary hull out of one of the styrine sheets.

Just goofin around, getting an idea on how big the model is going to be. I also glued the two halves of the engines together and puttyed them.

You can see the circles and lines on the sheet, I used to measure out the secondary hull, before cutting.

I just glued the secondary hull to the top side of the saucer. You can see the scrap styrine sheet I used as spacers to get the right height.
